I'm delighted to see that this site remains an important resource for those researching the life of Albert Speer. A couple of visitors have sent me essays which they have written on Speer. We get about 60 visits a day, which is easily ten times more than I expected. Since this site had to be moved I thought the time was right to do some renovation. The most important change is that the menu bar is now on all the pages, making navigation far more pleasant. The site should load faster now. 17 June 2001: Homestead Evicts Albert Speer! This site had just become worthy of hosting, then wham Homestead decide to finish with their free service. I'd say I'm not the only person who is very disappointed with this... Anyway it's not death for the site - I've moved it all to tripod.
